@christine westgarth and how is it misplaced exactly? I said we “need” I didn’t say we should and I didn’t say we absolutely will I said we “need” to beat them. I.e we need to take advantage of the fact that they have a severely weekended team because that’s what a great team would do, take advantage of a situation. In no world does that not help us. Instead the players wilted under the pressure and it was Madrid who took advantage of our defence and lack of bottle and bite in midfield.
